Right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (email: info@sette21.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the inappropriate handling for its characteristics and use.
The product have to be returned intact, in its original packaging and has not been manipulated in a way as to decrease its value.
Therefore, if the returned Products are damaged (for example with signs of creasing, wear, tear, abrasion, deformation, scratches, etc.), not complete with all elements and accessories (including labels, wrappers, instructions and unaltered tags attached to the product) not accompanied by the enclosed instructions / notes / manuals, without original packaging and garantee certificate, if present, you will be refunded for the amount of the residual value of the Product.
For this purpose the Consumer is invited not to manipulate the Product beyond strictly necessary to their nature, characteristics and functioning, using the original packaging of the Product or other protective packaging that preserves its integrity during returning shipment.
Refund
In case of withdrawal, Sette21, through the owner company Design District Srl, will refund the customer the full amount of the returned goods, including shipping costs. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Sette21 may withhold reimbursement until has received the goods back and checked all the original charateristics of the Product. This process could require up to 14 days. In the event of a bank transfer payment, the Customer has to provide the bank details to obtain the refund (account holder, IBAN, swift code, name and address of the Bank).
